Anthony Sica

About the Author Anthony Sica

Anthony Sica is a lifelong Philadelphian with a passion for all that is edible. An aspiring Renaissance Man, he studied voice and opera at Temple University. In addition, Anthony has done time in the kitchens of some of Philadelphia’s top restaurants, including the legendary Le Bec-Fin.

Anthony has contributed to numerous food and drink publications, such as Philadelphia Magazine’s Foobooz, Philadelphia City Paper’s Meal Ticket, 215 Magazine, The Passyunk Post, and Drexel University’s Table Matters.

Anthony is also the founder and executive producer of the underground supper club, Runaround Sous.
