Freshly baked scones and cinnamon bread shine through on the nose with a little clementine rind, Madagascan vanilla and subtle hints of cedar oak. The palate offers a sumptuous combination of both baked and toffee apples, with a little dry spice making its presence known. As the single malt continues to open up over time, it’s a freshly picked basket of meadow fruits that begins to emerge on the palate. The finish is humble, warm and comforting with more of those baking spices emerging before long harmonious and bready finish.
