Whoever said that you can’t eat ice cream in Winter, hasn’t tried mixing it with booze. Well, I can at least admit I have tried silly things such as pouring whiskey in an Oreo milkshake or drunkenly dumping some Bailey’s Irish Cream on top of vanilla ice cream (which, by the way, is delicious.) I bestow upon you an easy to make bourbon ice cream recipe, which is bound to be a great hit for any occasion, except kids’ parties. Using ingredients right in your pantry, liqueur cabinet, and your refrigerator, it’s fairly simple to make; with a little cream, arm work, and love.

2 Tbsp Bourbon
