Let your night heat up with Habanero Hell Fire, a spicy cocktail created by Beverage Director Jakob Hostetter of Cantina 1838, the NYC Taqueria and Tequila Bar.  The main ingredient is super-premium Tres Agaves Reposada Tequila, which has a balanced flavor of baked tropical fruits, hints of citrus and spice, and notes of bourbon and Tennessee whisky barrels.  Combined with Pear Puree, Habanero Bitters, and Agave Nectar and rimmed with black pepper, salt, and jalapeño seeds, the temperature in the room is sure to go up.  Just make sure there’s enough Hell Fire to go around.
