Molmenti & Celot is located in the middle of Le Villotte in the town San Quirino in the province of Pordenone. The grapes are typical of northeast Italy and though the soil looks unhospitable at first glance, the conditions create high quality products. The mild climate generated by the vicinity to the Adriatic Sea creates the ideal environment for producing excellent wine.

Molmenti & Celot Prosecco Doc offers a bubbly and delicate dry flavor. The yellow color grows brighter as it is poured into the glass and your nose will be greeted by the aromas of white flowers. Light, delicate, and bone dry the wine first offers crisp fruitiness in the form of pear and green apples. The wine is produced through a cold maceration, gentle pressing and fermentation in a controlled temperature of 12°C/53°F. The second fermentation is the Italian method with slow prise de mousse at the same temperature. The bubbly, youthful, and fruity flavor of Prosecco Doc pairs exceptionally well with seafood dishes.
