Located in the Willamette Valley in Oregon, Tendril Wine Cellars has been producing a selection of premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay since 2008. Co-owner Tony Rynders brings 28 years of experience in the wine business to Tendril Wine Cellars where he manages this small but acclaimed label. Rynders’ careful attention to detail is evident even in the name of his winery— “Tendril” comes from the tendril structure that grows on, and supports, the grapevine.

Tendril Extrovert Pinot Noir 2013 was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels before being bottled and distributed. This particular Pinot Noir is bright, with initial notes of cherry and raspberry balanced with warm notes of cloves and vanilla. The rich land of the Willamette Valley is apparent in the full palette, and the taste is smooth and round, swirling with cherry, plum, and salmonberry— a bramble shrub native to the coastal west. Have a taste of the Pacific Northwest in a glass of Tendril Extrovert Pinot Noir 2013.
