Café Royer by Chad Solomon & Christy Pope

1 1/2 oz Louis Royer “Force 53” VSOP Cognac
1 1/2 oz Brewed espresso, chilled
1/2 oz Torani Cinnamon Syrup
Hand-whipped cream infused with lemon & orange oil
Garnish: Cinnamon

Directions:
Add all the ingredients except the whipped cream to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a coupe glass. Top with a layer of the whipped cream and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
