Guests who book the Keep Your Gin Up package will receive a two-night stay at AC Dublin, beginning with a ‘DD’ to transport them to and from the Watershed Distillery for an evening of gin tasting and a tour of where the spirits are distilled and aged on site, accompanied by a three-course Chef’s Tasting menu. The following night, guests will experience VASO, AC Dublin’s stylish Spanish-inspired rooftop restaurant and bar, where chef will prepare four courses, from the popular tapas menu, and VASO’s resident mixologists will craft a cocktail to complement each dish, infused with a multitude of spirits including VASO’s signature Watershed Four Peel Gin. The package also includes a bottle of the hotel’s custom gin for guests to take home.
