Anthony Maffei is a lifelong lover of all things fermented & distilled. A Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), his education includes brewing & spirits production and is ongoing in many directions. He has worked at the distributor level for wine, spirits and beer companies and that experience has given him valuable insight for both consumer and producer. Anthony has been a freelance writer for 10 years . In addition he does private, corporate consulting, education & events. He is a judge for the Mid-Atlantic Food & Wine Festival, a board member of The Delaware Valley Culinary & Sommelier Society, a member of Philadelphia Wine Professionals and administrator for the Dead Guys Wine Society.
