45 ml Bloom London Dry Gin
20 ml Rose Liqueur
15 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Hibiscus Syrup
35 ml English Breakfast Tea
Brew the tea with 35 ml boiling water, and let stand for 3 minutes to cool. Combine the tea with all other ingredients and shake in cocktail shaker over ice. Strain the mix into rocks glasses over ice, and garnish with a strawberry.

25 ml raspberry puree
10 ml honey or agave
Juice of ½ a lemon
Top with a drizzle of Triple Sec or Cointreau
Pour raspberry puree into a rocks glass, add crushed ice. Shake lemon, gin, and syrup over ice in cocktail shaker, and pour gently into glass. Drizzle with triple sec, and garnish with a fresh raspberry, and a lemon twist. Top with a dusting of powdered sugar.

2 tsp honey
25 ml lemon juice
In a shaker, stir honey with the gin until honey dissolves. Add the remainder of the ingredients (excluding prosecco), and shake with ice. Strain mix into a martini glass, top with prosecco, and garnish with a thin orange wheel float.
