When you take 25 hectares of vines that have been growing in sand and pebbles on the southern slopes of Bordeaux for 35 years, you know you’re in for a treat. A pale-gold yellow shimmers across the bottle, as refreshing hints of acacia flowers, honeysuckle and white peaches caress both your nose and palate.
Pairing: This would be the ideal match for a fish or seafood dish, especially if there’s a little cream sauce involved. If you are hosting company, this would be ideal as an aperitif with warm vegetable or seafood canapés.
