The Aperol spritz may be the most divisive aperitivo of 2019 but its cousin, the Negroni, is something most can agree on. Especially when it’s for a good cause. This Negroni Week, Fi’lia South Beach at the Berkeley Shore Hotel is serving up the Campari-red cocktail to quench your thirst in the Miami heat. Made with Beefeater Gin and Martini Rosso vermouth, Fi’lia’s classic Negroni honors the original recipe created in Florence for Count Camillo Negroni 100 years ago. (That’s right, this year is the Negroni’s 100th birthday!) We can’t imagine a better way to enjoy this Italian-born classic cocktail than alongside a nice big bowl of Tagliatelle Bolognese.

Fi’lia South Beach’s donation to Negroni Week will benefit Sumando Manos, a non-profit based in Miami dedicated to providing support to children under the poverty line in rural Argentina. through medical and dental care, school supplies, food, clothing, and infrastructure development like the creation of wells and water tanks for potable water.
