I’m not a huge drinker of all things carbonated, but I know that this is highly regarded as one of the best value for money Champagnes available.

This wine has a wonderful viscosity that I’ve not often experienced in a ‘sparkler’, impressive given the relatively low alcohol content. Creamy and smooth to drink, with an incredibly fine mousse, akin to a firework explosion of bubbles in the mouth. A veritable microcosm of oral activity!

Green apple, lemon curd and wonderful toasty notes. A powerful bouquet, well and truly alive! Subtle green fruit and citrus at first on the palate, yielding to toasted almonds, rich tea biscuits and a yeasty back end, with just a hint of salinity. Dry, vibrant, clean and expressive, with a moreish and crunchy acidity.

A real crowd pleaser!
