With upcoming Pride celebrations coming up, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ Chef Mixologist, Mariena Mercer concocted this masterpiece for the month of June available at the Property’s The Chandelier bar.

The Loud & Proud cocktail will be available for the entire month of June for $17.00 on the 1.5 level of the multi-story visual wonder house open from 6PM – 2AM daily.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Empress Indigo Gin
  • ½ oz St Germain Elderflower
  • ½ oz lemongrass syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz Apple Rosewater

Build:

  • Shake all ingredients with ice.
  • Fill glass with boba pearls and fresh ice.
  • Strain cocktail over ice and top with foam and lollipop.
  • Build: Glass / Ice: Collins + Cubed. Garnish: Coconut Ginger Blue foam/ Unicorn lollipop/ passion fruit pearls

Skyy Pride-tini

Ingredients:

  • 1 part SKYY Infusions Cold Brew
  • 1 part Frangelico® Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 1 part Coconut Water
  • Build: Shake with ice in mixing tin and strain into a martini glass.

Van Gogh PRIDE & Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Van Gogh Vodka
  • Tonic Water
  • For the Ice cubes: Fill ice tray halfway with water and add your favorite fruits and herbs, such as raspberries, oranges, lemons, mint, and blueberries. Once frozen, fill the pan the rest of the way with water and place in the freezer until solid.
  • Build:  Add the cubes to a Collins glass in a classic rainbow order. Add Van Gogh Vodka and top with tonic water.

Give a Damn Martini

Ingredients:

This martini was created back in 2011 to celebrate Van Gogh Vodka’s partnership with True Colors United, which is now going on eight years.

  • 1½ ounces Van Gogh Vodka
  • ¾ ounce pomegranate juice
  • ¾ ounce Monin cinnamon syrup
  • 1½ ounces sparkling wine
  • Garnish: half orange wheel
  • Build: Shake first three ingredients very well with ice and strain into a martini glass. Top off with chilled sparkling wine and garnish with orange.

Ingredients:

  • 2oz mandarin infused mezcal
  • 1oz passionfruit syrup
  • .75oz lemon juice
  • .75oz egg white
  • Dash simple
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • The droplets are raspberry purée, blueberry purée, blue curaçao, and kiwi/midori purée
