Founded a short while ago in 2009, San Antonio based distillery, Rebecca Creek, began to build a name for itself under the careful supervision of Steve Ison and Mike Cameron. Working together to produce high quality spirits using a unique blend of old and new technology, Ison and Cameron have successfully become one of the largest artesian spirits producers in the regions; they’re vodkas and whiskey are currently available in 7 states with anticipation of growth.

With availability growth comes the consumer yearning for new innovations and choices, so Rebecca Creek delivered with their Texas Single Malt Whiskey after a four-year American oak cask aging process. Prior to perfecting the taste palate, Rebecca Creek assembled a panel to help develop the taste profile attributes. Made from 100% American malted barley, Texas Single Malt Whiskey combines aroma, mouth feel, and flavor to create an overall wonderful experience. On the nose, you’ll notice the sweet scents of light caramel, vanilla, oak, and cocoa. On the tongue, you’ll immediately taste the caramel and cocoa before finishing out with mature oak. Overall, this is a medium and smooth whiskey ready to hit shelves and become a favorite.
